I partnered with the in-house HR Manager to clarify project scope and create a process for gathering information critical to the onboarding process. We determined that the area supervisors were the best source of this information, and we set to work conducting interviews

outcomes:

Drawing from supervisor input, I compiled an onboarding plan with supporting documentation that each business area can consult moving forward. Supervisors will provide continued input to ensure the content and format remains accurate, easy to use, and easy to update as changes become necessary.
